Bursztynowa. Walnut, chocolate and milk.

Bursztynowa brings together beans from Brazil and India: Honey Desire 17/18 arabica and Parchment washed AB robusta. Its medium roast and walnut, chocolate, honey and caramel profile suggest a morning cup. Choose it if you enjoy coffee with milk and would also like to try a short espresso. Tasting notes describe sensory impressions; they do not mean that honey, chocolate or nuts have been added to the beans.
Espresso: 18 g coffee → 36 g beverage in 25–30 s. These are starting points, not batch-tested recipes. For a bean-to-cup machine, start with the manufacturer’s instructions. Change one setting at a time and compare the taste.
Taste again as the coffee cools. Record the dose, water and time so you can repeat a cup you enjoy. If it is too astringent, try a coarser grind; if watery, check the ratio first. Change just one setting to make the comparison useful. Different brewers give different results, so use the numbers as a starting point. Water matters too: use fresh drinking water without an obvious unwanted smell.
Two figures hold a cup in the Bursztynowa illustration. Nearby are a sailing boat and a red teapot, with mugs suspended above the water between them. Not everything explains itself at once. Start with a small detail: a hat, a hand, the handle of a cup. On the table, the bag becomes a picture your eyes return to while brewing. Today you may notice something you missed yesterday. The coffee can cool a little while you look.
Brew it your way
Filter
Filter: 15 g coffee / 250 ml water, 92–94 °C, 2:30–3:00 min.
French press
French press: 30 g coffee / 500 ml water, 4 min, coarse grind.
Moka
Moka: fine grind, no tamping. Measure water using the valve and your model’s instructions; remove from heat at the first sputter.
Espresso
Espresso: 18 g coffee → 36 g beverage in 25–30 s.
These are starting points, not batch-tested recipes. For a bean-to-cup machine, start with the manufacturer’s instructions. Change one setting at a time and compare the taste.
