Coffee roastery · Kuźnica, Hel Peninsula
A taste of time.
Three coffees from our Kuźnica roastery. Walnut, cocoa or citrus — find your flavour.
All coffeesThree coffees, three moods.
Bursztynowa, Sztormowa or Czarna Lufa?
Each has a place beside your cup.
Why Baltissima?
3 coffees, three starting points
Bursztynowa brings walnut, chocolate, honey and caramel notes. Sztormowa turns towards nuts and cocoa, while Czarna Lufa offers citrus, flowers and dark chocolate. Start with the profile that suits your favourite cup: with milk, from a moka pot or through a filter.
3 countries in the bean profiles
Brazil, India and Ethiopia appear in our collection’s compositions. Each coffee page also gives its region or bean name, roast level and tasting notes. Comparing two coffees is easier when you know what is in the bag and how you plan to brew it.
16 coffee variants
Choose whole bean or ground coffee, then your bag size. The selected variant’s price and availability appear beside the buy button. For grinding advice, tell us your brewer model: we will start with how you actually make coffee at home.
Helska 4, Kuźnica
Our address is on the Hel Peninsula, between the Baltic and Puck Bay. Planning to collect coffee during a walk? Call first to arrange a time and check availability. If the coast is far away today, choose delivery to an address in Poland and brew at home.

ENTER THE WORLD OF BALTISSIMA
A little imagination.
A whole world in a cup.

With a book. After a walk.
In good conversation.
Find your moment for coffee.
A little book of Baltissima
A taste of time.
The cup stays on the table for a while after the last sip. Beside it is a bag with a picture you know better now than when you first opened it. In the morning you noticed one figure; now you see another. Next time you brew, you may return to the same detail or find a new one. This is one way into Baltissima: through something you hold in your hands and the time you give to an ordinary coffee.
This moment does not need a special purpose. Measure a portion, prepare the water and make your cup. Drink it alone or set out another for someone who has just sat down across from you. The conversation may last longer than the brewing. The illustration will stay beside you when you close this page. The next part of the story needs no screen. It takes place at your table.
